    God I just wanna gain it… 6ft 3 and 12 stone but so skinny I want fat so I can put on muscle! I workout more then 4 times a week (Gym) I got like muscle but it just torn from being skinny it’s rubbish I want to be big!

    yeah ur right it is a lot harder for skinnier people to gain weight than obese people to loose weight. last year when i was 16 i was around 155-160 pounds now im 17 im around 180-185 pounds but i still maintain my fitness so im a healthy and my BMI is about 24.5 : )

    To see what the pricing was gonna run me for the items needed, tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, rice, oats, fruits, nuts, didn’t have the money to stock up, just needed a pricing idea. Considering I am going to put in an extra about 1500+ calories over what my horrible diet already is, is why I went window shopping.

    Thanks, I did end up finding that method, sadly looks like I am a small frame. Went window shopping today at Costco, lots of good stuff, a lot less expensive in bulk to do this.
