Remote viewing is something that is different from an out of body experience. An out of body experience or astral travel, involves leaving your body in a spirit form to see what is going elsewhere.

 

Conversely, remote viewing might be more like dowsing, where you send your senses out to tell you what you want to know. You are going to be using ESP to make sure that you get the information that you want.

 

The interesting thing to realize is that we are all capable of it. Most of us only ever use ten percent of our brain’s ability and that means that there is an impressive ninety percent that is still available. This impressive percentage can easily be put to good use and you will find that it is an important thing to consider.

 

Did you know that it is entirely possible to see people, places and events even when they are not within range of your regular five senses? Even if you cannot hear or see something through regular means, you will find that through using your own innate psychic ability, you can really perceive things that are a long way from where you are.

 

 

For instance, think of how comforted you would be to check in on your kids when they are away. This kind of security and peace of mind is just one of the benefits that you can get when you are looking at remote viewing

 

The interesting thing about remote viewing is that anyone can learn how to do it. Once you have been taught how to go into a trance like state, you will be able to engage in remote viewing with just a little bit of practice. This art has a lot more to do with practice than with innate ability!

 

If you want to try remote viewing, there are a few tips you can look into.

 

*First, sit yourself down in a quiet comfortable place and close your eyes. Get rid of as many distractions as you can.

 

*As you feel your body relax, start to breathe through your nose. You might want to make it easier for yourself by pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth; happily enough, this will also keep you from yawning!

 

*Remember that you need to believe in yourself and your ability to do this. As you get more and more relaxed, tell yourself that you are capable of seeing places, people or events that you are not physically seeing.

 

*As you get started, start by thinking of a very simple target. One good exercise to get you started is to think about viewing your relaxing body from the side or from straight ahead. Construct the image of yourself slowly and carefully. While it can be difficult to view yourself this way, just remember that it will come with patience. Think about where other people stand when they view you and think about how you must look to them. This can be a good regular exercise for you.

 

*After you have mastered viewing yourself from a static remote perspective, try widening the lens, as it were. Think about a location that you know very well. It might be a place that you go regularly, or it might be a place from your past. Look for small details that surprise you or that might signify change. After you finish, try calling that location or visiting it, and seeing if you can confirm what you had seen. Reinforcement of your vision is essential and you will find that though you might not be completely right at first, you’ll be closer than you think!

 

Remember that one great way to get some instant results is to have a friend help you. You and your friend should be positioned in two different rooms and you should take turns signaling to each other. As your friend makes a gesture like waving or stroking their hair, you should take a moment to consider what they might be doing. They can then confirm or deny it for you and you will have some instant feedback!

 

After you have gotten comfortable with your remote viewing, you will find that it starts going much more quickly and much more effectively. This trance-like state is very much like being hypnotized and you will find that even if you are still awake, you will be relaxed enough to hear with your sub-conscious is telling you.

 

The truth of the matter is that your psychic abilities are much easier to get to than you might think, and remember that practice is the key!
