i ended up stealing this ginger tea from my roommate as was better in 15 minutes. worked like a charm.

its called ‘Gold Kili Instant Ginger Drink’ — drink regularly during your period, it does wear off after a few hours.

also, avoid sugars and salts and things high in sodium…especially the week before your period, they will only make your cramps worse.

    when i first …
when i first started menstruating in highschool…i had TERRIBLE cramps…to the point i couldn’t do my work in school…and it was impossible to do p.e. they’ve gotten alot better after i changed my diet, but i still can’t escape a really painful month once in awhile.

so just a month or two ago, i woke up with these AWLFUL cramps…and did some research on the internet about tea…some say green tea is good for cramps, and some say its bad…i was willing to try anything.

    Stay away from …
Stay away from Ibuprofen because it can cause hair loss, high blood pressure, exaustion, even weight gain, perforation of the lining of the stomach, damaging the liver and kidney. Doctor will not tell you this, but if you take large doses long enough and I’m not talking continues use, but a certain amount of ibuprofen per month exclusively for your pain for years, you are gonna end up in a grave! I’m sick of doctors and there lies PLEASE RESEARCH!!!!!
