I just realized, that when I’m on my period, I hang around in the Women’s Health section and answer more questions from this particular category. Do you do the same thing?

Yes. I have good tips that will keep symptoms of PMS to the minimum such as abstaining from salty, high in fat foods and caffeine, but I am also always looking for more. Recently, I hear the time span of the period decreases when you exercise regularly, especially on the day it starts. I believe that was from an article on ivillage, but am not too sure.
