Whats the best thing for women health 21 up?

Drink lots of water, plenty of sleep, limit sun exposure, regular pap smears and self breast exams, take a calcium supplement, maintain good diet and exercise. Probably all the stuff your mama has been telling you throughout your teenage years, but she’s right.

ok, so I just started the south beach diet 3 weeks ago. I’ve lost 30lbs and feel great. I have cut WAY back on carbs and only eat whole grain breads and cereals. I don’t eat fatty meats anymore and eat alot more veggies. I exercise in the morning (walk the block…20 min) and in the afternoon if there is time (pilates tape in my living room) I sleep like a log now, where before I had trouble. I haven’t had hearburn since I changed my eating habits, where before I got it everday and couldn’t get rid of it. I feel SO MUCH healthier and better about myself.
It’s really not as hard as I thought it would be to make such a drastic change (and trust me, it was drastic).
I hope this testimony helps. Best of luck on your quest for good health!
