		<description>ok, so I just started the south beach diet 3 weeks ago.  I&#039;ve lost 30lbs and feel great.  I have cut WAY back on carbs and only eat whole grain breads and cereals.  I don&#039;t eat fatty meats anymore and eat alot more veggies.  I exercise in the morning (walk the block...20 min) and in the afternoon if there is time (pilates tape in my living room)  I sleep like a log now, where before I had trouble.  I haven&#039;t had hearburn since I changed my eating habits, where before I got it everday and couldn&#039;t get rid of it.  I feel SO MUCH healthier and better about myself.
It&#039;s really not as hard as I thought it would be to make such a drastic change (and trust me, it was drastic).
